Admin users can see metadata (dates, status, tier) but cannot view your encrypted business details. Your competitive information remains private.

ClearLaunch treats all information provided during assessments as confidential and proprietary. We will not share, sell, or disclose your business information to third parties.

Important: The LLM analysis requires access to your information to provide accurate regulatory guidance. While the AI processes your data, it does not store or retain it beyond the analysis. Your information is encrypted immediately after analysis and accessible only to you.
